January 30 Head of School Weekly Update

Dear BACS Family,
One of the things I love most about our school is the incredible community and support we share. This was on full display Monday evening at the State of the School Address. Thank you for spending an hour with us to reflect on God’s blessings over the past year and to hear about the initiatives we have our sights set on in 2025. If you were unable to attend, you can access the slides by clicking here, and you can access the recording by clicking here.
As we partner together to educate the next generation, I want to offer a simple encouragement—keep doing what you’re doing. If you’re like me, a good reminder is always welcome, and I know I need to keep growing in my role. Parenting is tough, but it is also the greatest privilege and responsibility we have. While we don’t get do-overs, we do have 18+ years to grow, learn, and improve. Remember, it’s consistency, not instant results, that makes the difference.
With the excitement of the new calendar year fading, our children will continue to face challenges—mentally, physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually. We only have them for a portion of the day at school, which makes the guidance, assurance, and encouragement they receive at home even more important. Let’s continue making the most of this opportunity as we work together to lead, equip, and build up students to serve Christ.
It’s a great day to be a Bronco!
